FAMILY TRADITION ITALIAN QUALITY
Caseificio Fruzzetti is the outcome of an ancient domestic tradition of dairy farming. Effectively, since the second half of 1800, the Fruzzetti Family bred sheep and produced a range of dairy products; and exactly the heirs of that tradition still work in the company with the great passion that identified their family. Always being very traditional and in keeping with the surroundings, Caseificio Fruzzetti uses esclusively italian milk and ingredients; this is why they often represent Pisa during international events related to italian quality and craftsmanship.
